Russell Channen is a partner of the firm and represents numerous businesses and individuals in a variety of litigation matters, including, contract, employment, construction, creditor, collections and personal injury  matters.
 
In addition,  Russell represents borrowers and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions.  His extensive experience on both the borrower's and the lender's side enables him to provide invaluable guidance and counseling to not only long-standing clients but prospective clients, including first-time homebuyers.

Russell has been a member of the Massachusetts bar since 1987 and the New Hampshire bar since 2006.  Attorney Channen graduated  from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst (cum laude) in 1984 and New England School of Law in 1987.
